Partner Programs

We believe in contributing to our partners' success, so we have designed a program that aligns our revenues and profitability to those of our partners. We do not expect you to buy hundreds of software licenses or to pay sign-up fees. Ours is a unique, pay-as-you-go model where we bill based on the exact number of desktops and servers being managed every month. There are no minimum purchases. We do not place any restrictions on what our partners charge for their managed service, and encourage them to place their private label on our offering and sell it under their own brand names.

To be a Zenith partner, an IT service provider is required to sign a partner agreement and pay Zenith a retainer of $2,000. This payment is not a sign-up fee but rather is an advance credit to be used as a declining balance against the partner’s future invoices. Partners may terminate the agreement at any time by giving Zenith Infotech one-month written notice. The agreement also contains clauses preventing Zenith Infotech from selling directly to partners' end-customers.

In addition to engineers in the Zenith Infotech NOC, each partner is assigned a dedicated, U.S.-based account manager who handles the business relationship with the partner, and a technical account manager who trains our partners on how to implement our services and how to effectively integrate our processes with yours. Technical account managers also act as a liaison with our NOC, working with partners to answer any technical questions about Zenith Infotech’s products and services.

PARTNER PROGRAM BENEFITS INCLUDE:

Pay-as-you-go model – Zenith Infotech has a true pay-as-you-go model with no up front fees or license purchase requirements. The retainer amount paid by the partner is a credit used to pay future invoices for services rendered. Partners can decide to terminate the agreement with Zenith Infotech at any time.

Private-Labeled Approach – We believe in partners creating their own brand and selling their managed service under their own brand name. The client-facing side of our software (the Web portal) contains only the logo of our partner. The services delivered under the Virtual NOC program do not involve communication to the end-users. For those partners using the Virtual Service Desk, the inbound call is answered, "Technical support, how may I help you?"
